Twice a year teachers and all students’ parents meet together in a general assembly. Also twice a year there are separate meetings with parents of the students of Form II and IV classes. The aim is a sharing of ideas, reports and relevant issues that require dialogue between parents and the school. Parents listen from teachers and school leaders the school achievements and the problems it is facing and teachers and school leaders listen from parents what their children say about the school.
The chief aim of the Association is to prepare and take Joint Examinations for Catholic School (JECAS) and share relevant activities that enhance the learning of students and the development of staff. Other objectives are:
- To promote, defend and safeguard the objectives of Catholic education
- To share educational experiences
- To prepare the students to face the challenge of National Examination
- To bring students and staff of members school close to each other
The School Board assists the school owner and the Headmaster in the formulation and implementation of policies of the school. It meets three times a year. It is composed of:
